Multi-faceted Interior Design Business Strategy Programs
You are damn good at design.
The question is whether your business reflects that.
This is not a how-to. It’s a wake-up call.
Most designers we work with are booking projects but bleeding margin.
Winning clients but not charging enough to make them worth winning.
Building a portfolio, but not a business.
If any of that sounds familiar, you are in the right place.
There are four ways work with us
|
The right one depends on where you are right now and how fast you need to move. All of them are built on the same thing: 25 years of running a real design firm, coaching designers since 2017, and an unapologetic commitment to teaching what actually works, not simply what sounds good in a webinar. |
Our Business Strategy Programs
1
The Damn Good Workshops
power-packed sessions designed to elevate your firm
You want big impact without a big commitment.
Choose the topic that is costing you right now and come get the answer.
These are 2–3 hour deep dives that will change how you think — and what you do on Monday morning.
2
The Paradigm Quick Start Immersion
A 3-month custom coaching experience
You have a specific problem and you need it solved now.
Not next year. Now.
We take two of your most pressing issues and we go after them together, hard and fast.
3
The Paradigm Shift
A 6-month custom coaching experience.
Your business looks okay from the outside.
The inside is a different story with thin margins, unorganized systems, and not enough control. We go there.
Six months of dedicated, customized strategy built around where you actually are.
4
The Paradigm Intensive
Annual One on One Where We Deep Dive into Your Business in a Dedicated Way
You are ready to build something that lasts.
This is the long game where we develop a full-year partnership and go deep into every layer of your business.
It is my preferred way to work and it shows in the results.
Why this is different from every other coaching program you have looked at.
Most coaches in this space have never run a design firm. They have studied design businesses.
There is a difference and you feel it the moment you try to apply their advice to a real client situation.
Cheryl runs a full-service design firm right now- with a team, a retail showroom, and a candle studio.
She works on real projects, with real clients, who have real problems. The same ones you are dealing with today.
She is not teaching from memory, but from her Monday morning.
And she has been doing it since 2017. Which means the designers who worked with her in year one are still growing because the foundation she built with them actually holds
See what some of our designers have to say!
Diane Bianchini
Coaching Client - New York
"I have been working with Cheryl and Liz for several years. Cheryl has opened my eyes to running a better business.
She and Liz are always available to answer any questions and help guide me through some rough waters.
My design fees are averaging $30,000 and minimum expenditure $85,000 . Working with Cheryl and her team has been amazing for me. Even after 22 years in business, she has taught this old dog a few new tricks! My revenue doubled the first year of working together. Wish I had met her and drank the Kool Aid years ago... They genuinely care about my success."
Ute Vandenberghe
Coaching Client - Colorado
“THE CONTENT YOU DELIVER IS SO COMPREHENSIVE, AND I AM IN TOTAL AWE OF THE DETAILS!!!"
"I received two signed contracts on the same day and you helped me with both proposals! The flat fees combined are $31,000 with minimum expenditures of $130,000 plus project management! I so appreciate the passion, enthusiasm, wisdom, time and energy you are putting into this incredible and amazing program."
Colleen Langdon
TDP Designer - Arizona
I have been a part of a few other coaching programs and Cheryl is head and shoulders above all of them!
